A. Yes. We source our chicken from a local supplier that holds a valid halal certification. Please note that our wagyu beef is not halal.

A. Absolutely. We keep our prices low by streamlining our cooking system and improving labour efficiency, allowing us to reduce margins without compromising on quality or portion size. This ensures our meals remain generous, consistent and accessible for everyday customers.

Q3. How long does it take for the food to be prepared?

A. Most orders are prepared and served within 2–3 minutes, and during busy periods it may take up to 7 minutes. We continuously manage our cooking workflow to minimise wait times and ensure customers receive their meals as quickly as possible.
